Etam is a global lingerie company with physical stores in over 50 countries. With their headquarters in France, Etam offers an immersive omni-channel customer experience tailored to and adapted for each regional area they are currently operating in. Vasterra was hired by Etam Russia to create an adaptive website with various landing pages and update these pages with the appropriate content as soon as the content is being made available from the headquarters in France.

Etam’s main language is French, which means that every communication coming from the headquarter will ultimately be in French and requires our developers and project managers to fluently understand it. To avoid mistakes due to translation issues, Vasterra implemented a process to ensure the correct translation of the content as well as to avoid being “lost in translation”.

To speed up the future update of new content, Vasterra integrated the existing Salesforce CRM of Etam to foster adaptability and to streamline future workflows. In detail, the integration of Salesforce enabled us to create an environment where translations are immediately made available to our developers, which automates a great part of new landing page creation. This was a crucial step as new updates had to be pushed onto the live website within less than two hours after receiving the details.
